Hi, I'm Ashley Miner with Moonshine Bengals. My husband, Jordan, and I have just relocated from Western Slope Colorado to Jackson, Wyoming/Idaho border in November 2024. We love the break from the Colorado heat and enjoying the cooler mountain weather up here.  Of course, all out cats have traveled with us and we have finally settled in our home and got the cats an even better set up than before.  We have grown our cattery and program this past year and added some amazing silver cats from very high end silver programs and silver outcross programs. Very excited for what this next year produces!  

 

I started on the journey to breed bengal cats after getting my first bengal cat with the hopes of making him the perfect adventure cat. I had wanted one for many years and did my research. Unfortunately, I got him from a breeder that did not socialize him properly, pushed the sale even though he wasn't the right fit for me, and didn't choose to breed for the social aspects/temperament I had been looking for. Sadly, it took almost 2 years before I could even pet him, and he has since developed health issues and continues to have many behavioral issues.  After tons of research upon research and then more research, then attending my first cat show (hooked!) I decided I wanted to breed the perfect cat, as who wouldn't want a super social, interactive, trainable cat they can take anywhere with them? I also wanted to breed high quality, healthy cats, that you could travel with.  Both my husband and I absolutely loved the silver bengals, so I decided to go all in on producing a beautiful, sound temperament, healthy, highly interactive silver bengal cat with a snow leopard/black panther look.
